Units were dispatched to a reported boat sinking on Lake Ontario near the Genessee River outlet. The boat was approximately 100 yards away from land. The occupants were attempting to paddle the boat to shore. Both occupants were wearing PFDs. The US Coast Guard responded to secure the boat. Rochester Fire Department evacuated the occupants onto their boat and took them to shore.
