Series 1: 12/2/21, just after 5:30 AM, Hamden Fire companies responded to 14 Helen Street for a reported house fire. Engine 2 was first due and reported a haze from the outside of the building. Once they made entry they reported having fire on the third floor. Car 3 then arrived on scene and transmitted the working fire. Tower 1 went up to the roof to vent and had heavy fire from the attic. A second alarm was then struck to bring more manpower to the scene. Firefighters brought the fire under control in about an hour and stayed on scene for several hours after to work.
