713/23: Firefighters from New Haven CT responded to 92 Chapel Street for a reported garage fire. While enroute New Haven dispatch informed all companies that they were receiving multiple calls. Engine 10 arrived on scene and transmitted a working fire for heavy fire on the second floor. Companies would make a push inside to search for potential victims but would then back out due to two dead hydrants. This fire would end up going to a third alarm before being declared under control.
