This fire broke out at 21 Bancroft St on April 9th just before 10:00am. Crews arrived to find heavy smoke showing from floor 1. Crews made entry and starting making rescues and a 2nd alarm was sounded. Crew spent over 2 hours battling the fire. West springfield and longmeadow provided mutual aid coverage for the city.
