At approximately 11:50 Hartford Fire was dispatched to 16 James Street for a reported structure fire. Engine 11 arrived on scene stating there was a fire on the first floor alpha side. Company's were able to bring the fire under control within 40 minutes. The origin of the fire is unknown at this time
