Companies dispatched for a reported fire in the rear of 195 Maxim Rd. District 1 called a working fire while responding, as smoke was visible from over a mile away. Companies immediately went defensive as they had a well involved building with hazardous materials inside. There was an 8,000 gallon fuel tank which flashed multiple times creating a large fireball. A second alarm was ordered, and District 1 called for the foam trailer. Companies worked throughout the day chasing fire.
