On the morning of 10/1/16 Hartford was dispatched to a report of a building fire and the first due engine which is a mile from the fire scene reported heavy smoke showing soon followed by a 10-3. one victim was pulled, and condition is unknown, it was a room and contents job. it was also reported to be a hoarders condition.
