Haddam Volunteer Fire Company responded to a motor vehicle accident at 11:45 p.m. Nov. 6, 2015 on Killingworth Road. A driver, heading southbound on Killingworth Road in Haddam lost control of his vehicle and struck a tree. Firefighters and EMTs removed the driver from his vehicle and transported him to Hartford Hospital via Haddam Volunteer Ambulance Service. Slick road conditions was the cause of a motor vehicle accident on the Route 9 onramp at 12:45 p.m. Dec. 17, 2015. A driver, heading northbound from Killingworth Road, lost control of her vehicle and struck the concrete bridge. Haddam Fire’s EMTs evaluated the driver on scene and recommended she seek medical treatment. The driver was taken to Middlesex Hospital via Haddam Volunteer Ambulance Service.
