Around 05:10 Norwich fire dispatched, a reported wires on fire with the side of the building burning at 51 14th Street. Engine 2 reported a working fire w/exposure. During this time the fire was upgraded to a 2nd alarm due to extending into the upper floor of the OMD. As companies arrived, the fire ran the attic space, command requested a 3rd alarm.
