Around 9:05 pm on Friday, February 18, 2022 the Bridgeport ECC received multiple calls of a structure fire in the 200 block of Pearl Harbor St. This Frank-5 assignment consisted of Engine 6, Engine 10, Engine 1, Engine 15 as RIT, Ladder 10, Ladder 6, Rescue 5, Safety Officer 1, Battalion 1 and Battalion 2. Companies arrived to heavy fire showing from the 1st and 2nd floors on the A/B corner of a 2 story wood frame multiple dwelling. Initial reports of people trapped were found to be negative, all residents were accounted for. The fire was under control in around 20 minutes. 1 line was burned through but was quickly replaced. At least one person was evaluated on scene for unknown injuries. The Red Cross is assisting the occupants. The Fire Marshal's office is investigating the cause of this fire.
