Around 3pm, Fairfield received a call for a fire under the back deck of a house, the initial dispatch was Engine 4, Engine 5, Ladder 2, Rescue 1 and Car 3. Engine 5 and Engine 4 were redirected to a different call when Engines 2 and 3 became available. On arrival, Rescue 1 reported light smoke showing from the B/C corner of the house. The fire was contained to the mulch under the deck and there was no extension.
