On April 17th, 2019, Boston firefighters operated at two major incidents in the 12th district. The first, a brush fire in West Roxbury on the Needham line at Millennium Park, brought multiple companies from Boston, Needham, and Metro Fire communities. Soon after units were released from this fire, a box was struck on Delford Street in Roslindale. Ladder 16 called off with heavy fire and struck a second alarm. Fire was knocked down within half an hour.
