East side crews made quick work of a dwelling fire @ Houston & Goodloe Alley this afternoon in the Dignowty Hill section of the city. Engine 3 checked out with heavy fire on the Charlie side, advised that they were pulling a line and for the next in engine company to lay a supply line. Engine Co 1 was next in and reverse laid to a hydrant and then pulled a second attack line to assist 3’s crew. Platform-Ladder 1 completed a primary search and ventilation while Engine 7 pulled another line to the rear. Engine Co 5 was assigned RIT and Battalion Chief 6 held command. Companies on the Box Alarm with Special were EN01, EN03, EN05, EN07, PL01, M05, MOF4, BC06 and the Fire Shift Commander.
